TRANSMIT PRIOR SUBMITTAL/S WITH NEXT SUBMITTAL. Provide a Response Letter, by the Registrant of Record, with the re-submittal addressing each comment listed in Structural Review. S1. As discussed with Architect Antonio Charles Romano on 7/26/06, a new set of drawings with no prior approvals by the City of Tucson will be submitted. S2. Show exit hardware as required on gates per 2003 IBC Section 10 and 11 and ANSI A117.1-2003ed . Provide breakdown on drawings how 20% cost of construction is being spent towards accessibility. S3. Provide Site Plan for this permit. Specify scope of work areas on site plan. S4. Clarify on Floor Plan what work this Permit is will cover. S5. Provide dimensions for structural spans on framing plan as specified in structural calculations. S6. Provide Structural Details for post base, including anchor bolts and post to beam connection. Details still need to be provided for post base connections. Provide detailing for wood to concrete/masonry connection per section 2304.11. Detail connections for existing foundation to post base connection. S7. To Resolve Expired Permits: 1. T99CM03753. 2. T02EL01188. additional inspections shall be required. S8. Additional comments may be required when the Re-submittal is reviewed. Questions?
