CONDITIONS OF PERMIT: The associated improvements are with permit activity number T06OT01682 (Floodplain Use Permit) and T06CM03723 (site plan). The applicant attests to the fact that the plans and documents submitted represent all of the demolition/improvements that will be demolished and are included in the construction plans and/or documents herewith. This permit is specific to the demolition as shown on this site plan. It shall not apply to any other construction activities or structures on property, whether attached or unattached, not specified under this permit.
