1. Add conduit depth of burial to the plans.
2. Note that both Rigid Metal and Intermediate Metal conduit both are required to have corrosion protection if installed in direct contact with the earth. See NEC 342.10 (B), 342.10 (D), 344.10 (B) and 344.10 (D). However, if galvanized Intermediate Conduit does not require supplementary corrosion protection, so it would be a wat to satisfy this comment. Add this information to the plans.
3. Wording for the plaques looks good. Please add them as a note to go along with the plans.
4. Wording about the DC grounding electrode conductor looks good. Please add this to your notes to go along with the plans, indicating that the both electrodes will be connected, and the 8 AWG copper.
5. The TEP model calls for the termination in one 20A breaker, not two 15A breakers.
6. Please provide the size of the main circuit breaker protecting your panel, as well as the rating of that panel.
