Engineering Division recommends approval of the Floodplain Use Permit and site plan. CONDITIONS OF PERMIT: The associated improvements are with permit activity number T06OT01614 (Floodplain Use Permit) and T06CM03603 (site plan). The applicant attests to the fact that the plans and documents submitted represent all of the improvements that will be constructed and are included in the construction plans and/or documents herewith. This permit is specific to the Ramada construction and the construction of a concrete, brick, and stabilized decomposed granite pathway as shown on this site plan. It shall not apply to any other structure or property, whether attached or unattached, not specified under this permit. Running slope not to exceed 5% and cross slope not to exceed 2% §4.3. Provide a passing space as required by §4.3.4. If runing slope exceeds 5% it shall be considred a ramp and the requirements of §4.8 shall apply. 2) Provide a transition detail between changing surface materials. Changes in level up to 1/4" are allowed without treatment §4.5.2. 3) Demonstrate that the running slope along the entire length of the stabalized dg path does no exceed 5% and the cross slope does not exceed 2%. |
