S1. Provide a complete set of drawings for review, this submittal contains drawings R1, R2, R3, R7 of 7 and a drawing for a 12' x 12' ramada.
S2. Provide completed Commercial Plan Submittal Checklist by Architect of Record, including: Signature of Architect/Engineer of Record, Registration number of Registrant of Record, Date form is completed, Job Address and Acknowledge items listed on this Checklist are in this Submittal by checking the adjacent square. See DSD website : www.tucsonaz.gov/dsd, for form.
S3. Provide completed Code Review Checklist, as required by 1997 Uniform Administrative Code Section 302.1, including: Job Address, Architect, Signature, Date, Summary of Governing Regulations, General Building Summary and Allowable Area Calculation. See DSD website : www.tucsonaz.gov/dsd, for form.
S4. Show accessible route on drawings, per International Building Code Section 11 and ANSI A117.1-2003ed :
1. Identify location of accessible route on drawing R1, per IBC Sec 1104 and ANSI Sec 4.
2. Show accessibility to recreational facilities, including basketball court, pet waste station, trash cans, (8'x8' and 12'x12')ramadas, BBQs, picnic tables, benches, Large Play Structure, Small Play Structure, other equipment provided per IBC Sec 1109.14.3.
3. Show location, dimensions and specifications for detectable warnings per IBC Sec 1109.9 and ANSI A117.1 Sec 705.
4. Specifications and location of accessible drinking fountains per IBC Sec 1109.5 and ANSI Sec 602.
5. Ramps, landings, slopes, grade changes and maneuvering clearances.
S5. Submit two sets of shop drawings and calculations, stamped and signed by an Arizona Registered engineer, shop drawings shall be reviewed by and bear the approval of the Engineer or Architect of Record prior to submission to the City of Tucson , Development Services Department for approval prior to erection for the:
1. Pet waste station.
2. Trash cans.
3. (8'x8' and 12'x12')Ramadas.
4. BBQs.
5. Picnic tables.
6. Drinking fountains.
S6. Provide Special Inspection as required by the 1997 Uniform Administrative Code as amended and adopted by the City of Tucson, Section 306:
1. High strength bolting.
2. Shop welding.
S7. Provide addressing per Pima County Addressing Ordinance and IBC section 501.2 on the drawings.
S8. Dimensionally locate the structures on the Site Plan by from two adjacent Property Lines.
