The permit application cannot be approved at this time. Please submit the approved site plan for exterior work (T06CM03264).

A Floodplain Use Permit is required for the proposed tenant improvements. Please submit a Floodplain Use Permit with an estimate of the cost of proposed improvements and a market value estimate of the building being improved. There is a $50.00 fee for the Floodplain Use Permit.
