COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with redlines and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. Provide recordation information (docket and page) for the abandonment of the portion of the electrical easement. Must be provided on the site plan before approval of the site plan can be completed.

The following comment will remain as a reminder to the reviewer.

DS 2-02.2.1.20 Clarify the use of the existing electrical easement at the east side of the property as to whether the easement is an aerial or underground easement. . If the easement is for underground utilities a portion of the easement will be required to be abandoned. A structure is not allowed to be constructed over an easement.

2. This review can be completed over the counter by calling and setting an appointment with me once all other approvals have been obtained.

09/22/2006 JOSE ORTIZ ENGINEERING REVIEW Approv-Cond The plans are approved by Engineering, but the drawings need to be revised for Zoning therefore once the drawings have been revised and meet Zoning's approval please call me to provide Engineering approval stamps to the approved drawings.
