1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans but cannot approve them at this time. Zoning will re-review and approve the building plans on the next submittal providing the stamped and approved site plans are included with the building plan package.

2. Two copies of the approved and stamped site plan, landscape and NPPO plans must be included with building plans.

3. The site plans attached to the building plans are not the same as the plans resubmitted as the site plan for approval. The site plan which will be used and approved must be attached to the building plans and be stamped by the building reviewer.
