S1. Provide site plan with properly annotated property lines, access to a public way, dimension building from two adjacent property lines and from adjacent buildings, also indicate Occupancy of tenant spaces within this Shell Building.
S2. Provide completed Code Review Checklist, as required by 1997 Uniform Administrative Code Section 302.1, including: General Building Summary and Allowable Area Calculation. See DSD website : www.tucsonaz.gov/dsd, for form.
S3. Verify/Revise the font size used on the drawings to a minimum of 1/8 inch (all upper case). Reference Section 302.3, Uniform Administrative Code, 1997.
S4. Address accessibility show conformance to 2003 IBC Section 11 and ANSI A117.1-2003ed.
S5. Show accessibility at break room and reception counter.
S6. Provide location/s of equipment on roof by dimension from two adjacent walls and provide structural calculations to show the structure is capable of supporting the roof-mounted equipment.
S7. Provide addressing per Pima County Addressing Ordinance and IBC section 501.2 on the drawings.
