1. Please submit information sufficient to demonstrate that any concentration of methane gas would not be sufficient to require classification according to the requirements of Chapter 5 of the National Electrical Code.
2. Coordinate with drawing 004. For example, Items C, M, and N refer to New 1 ½ HP Booster Pump, Sump Pump Replacement, and 2 HP Injection Pump Replacement, respectively. Sheet E-1 refers to 7-1 ½ HP Pumps and 1-New 5 HP Pump.
3. Coordinate with drawing 002 and 003. For example, P1 and P2 refer to New Injection Pumps, P3 refers to a New Booster Pump, respectively. Sheet E-1 refers to 7-1 ½ HP Pumps and 1-New 5 HP Pump.
4. Document the location of the Control Panel, Treatment Building, and Existing Electrical Service on the Electrical plans.
5. Document locations of motor disconnects. Reference NEC 430.
6. Provide a specification for the VFDs. Protection of primary on 3 KVA transformers to be verified.
7. Provide for the grounding of the transformers as a Separately Derived System. Reference NEC 250.30.
8. Provide the size of the transformer secondary conductors, and the location of the transformers on the plans. Compliance with NEC 240.21 (c) to be verified.
9. It appears that the #8 bond from the motor disconnects in Group F3 needs to be resized at #4. Reference NEC 250.122 (B).
10. Control panel load calculations, with the demand factor added for the largest motor, appears to total 52A, not 29A. Note that the 1½ HP motors were only counted at 3A each, whereas they are 6A FLC motors. Feeder ampacity and overcurrent protection undersized.
11. Service load summary appears to total 114A, not 91A. Service undersized.
