FRAMING PLAN: Please provide a diagram showing proper hold down and anchor bolt schedule for all footers and braced wall locations. MECHANICAL PLAN Please provide a separate Mechanical plan that includes all compete revisions (1-9) from previous comments list. In addition to 1-9 from the prior list, include a Gas Isometric. ELECTRICAL: Provide a complete electrical plan. Designate the location of all required light fixtures, receptacle outlets, power outlets and switches. Show location of all sub panels and show circuit numbers on the plan. Indicate the location of all air conditioning and heating units, air handlers, compressors and disconnects. IRC Sec. R106.1.
