Provide vent piping of sufficient size to comply with Section 904.1 and Table 7-5, UPC 2003 (e.g. a 3" trap (6 FU) or a total of 8 fixture units cannot be vented with a 1-1/2" vent). 6. Provide a vent to protect the grease trap from siphonage and back-pressure. Reference Section 1002.1, UPC 2003. 7.
