RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Site Plan, Grading Plan, and Hydrology Report.

The Site Plan (SP), Grading Plan (GP) and Hydrology Report (HP) cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal.

Site Plan:

1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the SP.

Grading Plan:

1. Show limits of grading, and show gradeable area.
2. Illustrate the disturbance area for this project. If the disturbance area exceeds one acre then a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan will be required for this site.
3. Curb and Gutter elevation include drainage flow with percent slope.
4. Place additional final grades in the area where grading is proposed.

Floodplain Use Permit (FUP):

1. All future structures will be constructed outside the floodplain; therefore no elevation certificates are required. All weather access is being provided; therefore Engineering recommends approval to the proposed FUP. The FUP will not receive final approval until the site and grading plans have been approved.
