| 04/26/2006 | LINDA BUCZYNSKI | ELECTRICAL-COMMERCIAL | REVIEW | Denied | T06CM02458 4/26/06 1. Ckt A-2 powers lighting according to the Lighting Plan. On the panel schedule it powers an existing receptacle. 2. Lighting circuits are not clearly drawn. Clarify which is the actual branch circuit run, the solid or the dashed. Some fixtures do not appear to have a circuit. 3. New Electrical Service and its new sub panels, including the New RTU, is not a part of the Shell occupancy. This all would appear to need a separate permit. 4. Please note that TEP publishes Available Fault Current for 400A 208V service as being 27,800A. 20,000A bracing not sufficient, or justify otherwise. 5. Can not evaluate whether a second electrical service may be permitted to this building. Reference NEC 230.2. |
