COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with redlines and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. Per discussion with the plans expediting service, Metro Permits, the site plan for this project has not yet been completed. Metro Permits staff is working with Patricia Gehlen in the zoning division to schedule a review of the shopping center changes and approval of a site plan showing those changes. Once the site plan has been approved, zoning review staff will be able to review the building and tenant improvement plans at the counter rather than require a resubmittal.
