Hawthorne T06CM01845 Site Plan (1st Review) TRANSMITTAL DATE: October 11, 2006 COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with redlines and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed. 1. This site plan was reviewed for compliance with the City of Tucson Development Standards (D.S.), Land Use Code (LUC) & ICC/ANSI A117.1-2003 2. DDO required for building setbacks from the proposed living space addition to the south and west property lines. LUC section 3.2.6.4 requires 6' or 2/3 the height of the proposed exterior wall, the greater of the two dimensions prevails. Based on the provided elevations the height of the wall measured from proposed grade is 11.67', which requires a setback of 7.78' from the south and west property lines. A DDO for setback is required prior to approval of this site plan. 3. Provide copies of the approved DDO.
