S1. Provide completed Commercial Plan Submittal Checklist by Architect of Record, including: Signature of Architect/Engineer of Record, Registration number of Registrant of Record, Date form is completed, Job Address and Acknowledge items listed on this Checklist are in this Submittal by checking the adjacent square. See DSD website : www.tucsonaz.gov/dsd, for form.
S2. Provide darker copies of Structural Calculations for Monopole for review and record purposes.
S3. Provide and detail on drawings T-Mobile Shelter fire rating at wall adjacent to Property Line, show location of fire-rated wall on site plan, provide fire listings and construction details on the drawings to accomplish the required fire rating, see IBC Sections 6 and 7.
S4. Provide structural design per IBC - ( International Building Code 2003 ed) vs UBC, ref drawing C-4.
S5. Submit two sets of shop drawings and calculations, stamped and signed by an Arizona Registered engineer, shop drawings shall be reviewed by and bear the approval of the Engineer or Architect of Record prior to submission to the City of Tucson, Development Services Department for approval prior to erection for:
1. Lightpole.
2. Existing Lighting System.
3. Antennas.
4. T-Mobile Shelter.
S6. Provide Inspection Program as required by the 1997 Uniform Administrative Code as amended and adopted by the City of Tucson, Section 302.5.
S7. Provide Special Inspection as required by the 1997 Uniform Administrative Code as amended and adopted by the City of Tucson, Section 306:
1. Caissons.
2. Bolts in concrete.
3. High strength bolting.
4. Field welding.
5. Concrete.
6. Reinforcing.
7. Antenna mounting.
8. Structural Integrity of Re-used Lighting System.
9. Mounting of Re-used Lighting System.
10. Lightpole Installation.
11. Shotcrete.
