COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with redlines and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. The angled parking along the east property line will require wheel stops to prevent vehicles from extending beyond the property line. D.S. 3-05.2.3.C

2. The angled parking along the West building sidewalk will require wheel stops or demonstrate that there is 4' Clear sidewalk between the vehicle overhang and the edge of sidewalk/building. D.S. 3-05.2.3.C, D.S. 2-08.4.1.C & D.S. 2-08.5.1.
