Zoning has reviewed the building plans but cannot approve them at this time until the plans have been revised and/or the development plan is revised to reflect any changes to the building plans as proposed on the building plans package. 2. For consistency with the building plans should match the approved development plans. The length of the building has been labeled as 290 feet on the foundation plan. Per the grid dimensions proposed it appears that the building is 380 feet in length. It is not clear whether an error in the grid has occurred when plotting the plan or if the building is to be longer than the 290 foot as approved per the development plan. Please verify the discrepancy and revise as required. if the building is to be larger than approved, a revised development plan depicting all changes must be resubmitted to CDRC for review, approval and stamps. Please contact Patricia Gehlen at 791-5608 ext. 1179 and inquire about the possibility of a revised D.P and the time and submittal requirements for a revised D.P. Based on her determination please provide a memo from her detailing the outcome and if applicable include any revised drawings. |
