COMMENTS: The following comments are for the purpose of applying for a variance before the Board of Adjustment.

This is an application to revise or remove an existing condition required by a Board of Adjustment parking variance granted in a public hearing held on November 20, 1985 (C10-85-111).

The applicants were Glendora Howard and David Goff. The condition imposed is: "Granted on condition that applicant remain owner of property."

The gross floor area (GFA) of the office building is one thousand twenty two (1722) square feet. One (1) off-street parking space is required for every two hundred (200) square feet of GFA of the first floor (LUC Section 3.3.4). Therefore, the number of off-street parking spaces required is nine (9) for this site.

The minimum number of off-street bicycle parking spaces required for this site is two (2) Class 2 (LUC Sections 3.3.3.5 & 3.3.7.8.A).
