1) Provide note on drawings that accessible route is fully compliant.

2) Change of occupancy address section 3406. Justification provided would need a approved building appeal. Door into other tenant space should be eliminated.

3) Occupant load of 19 requires one accessible men's restroom and one accessible woman's restroom. Occupant load is based on sq. footage of tenant space per table1004.1.2. The IBC 2003 does not allow occupant load to be reduced.

4) Justify that existing roof can carry additional loads of solar panels. Provide existing roof framing plan.
