The site plan cannot be approve at this time. The following comments must be addressed.

1. Include a copy of the stamped, approved development plan with the site plan.
2. Clearly indicate the FEMA floodplain boundary as mapped on FIRM panel 2210. Applying a scale to the full sized FIRM panel and to the enlarged panel detail provide as figure 2 of the drainage report results in a floodplain boundary approximately 270 feet from the centerline of Huachuca Avenue. This line passes through buildings 2 and 3. All development within the mapped floodplain will require a floodplain use permit. Buildings 2 and 3 will require an elevation certificate.
3. A complete grading permit application will be required for this project.
