The Development Designator is "G" (LUC Section 3.2.3.1.B) and the Perimeter Yard Indicator is AA (LUC Section 3.2.6.4). The minimum length of a driveway is nineteen feet (19'-0") from the back of the sidewalk to the front of the garage or carport (LUC Section 3.2.6.5.B.2.a.1 and .2). A twenty foot (20-0"0 setback is required from the front of the residence to the front property line (LUC Section 3.2.6.5.A). An eleven foot (11'-0") setback is provided from the carport to the property line. This setback is also the length of the driveway to the property line. |
