This is in violation of the regulatory provisions of the Arizona Board of Technical Registration: " A registrant shall not sign, stamp or seal any professional documents not prepared by the registrant or a bona fide employee".
1. The 2003 International Mechanical Code is the relevant code for this project, not the 1994 UMC.
2. Recirculation of ventilation air from toilet rooms is prohibited. Provide a sequence of operation for the restroom exhaust fans that demonstrates that no recirculation will occur. Reference Table 403.3 IMC 2003.
3. Provide information to verify that the existing roof is capable of supporting the additional dead load due to the installation of the roof top unit. Reference Section 302.1, IMC 2003.
