1. Provide a disconnect for the sign circuit. Reference NEC 600.6.
2. Provide voltage and phase on electrical panel.
3. Provide load calculations on panel schedule.
4. Load calculations on plans do not appear to apply to anything. If they are panel calculations, it is obvious that the 200A panel is overloaded with a 314 A load. If this is a service load calculation, it is questionable that a 2000A service would only carry 314A.
