SUMMARY: Engineering has received and reviewed the resubmitted site plan. During the second review of the submitted site plan additional comments have been generated that need to be addressed prior to approval. The site plan is not approved at this time. Address the following comments:


SITE PLAN COMMENTS:

DS Sec.2-02.2.1.A.20: Provide recording information for the existing rights of way 22nd Street. Dimension future MS&R right-of-way on plan view for 22nd Street.

DS Sec.2-02.2.1.A.10: Show existing and future sight visibility triangles on plan view. Refer to DS Sec3-01.5.1 for sight visibility triangle procedures and criteria. Patios, additions and walls will not be approved within the future right-of-way.
