Engineering Division recommends approval of the site plan and grading plan at this time. 1) If any changes occur to the site plan or grading plan due to other Development Services Departments comments Engineering Division will be required to re-review the submittal and re-stamp the plans approved. 2) Review and approval from TDOT Permits and Codes for all improvements within the public right-of-way will be required. A right-of-way use permit application will be required prior to construction.
