| 08/20/2007 | DAVID RIVERA | ZONING | REVIEW | Denied | 08/20/07 Development Services Department Zoning Review Section David Rivera Principal Planner Comments: 1. The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan at this time. The grading plan has been reviewed for consistency with the approved and stamped site/landscape plan and while it was found not be 100% consistent with the approved site plan the inconsistencies are not major but do affect landscaping. While the grading plan appears to be the plan that will be used out on the field to build off of, it does not match the site plan. Having said that, if the site is to be constructed based on the grading plan, the site and landscape plans may have to be revised and re-stamped. 2. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to ensure compliance with the approved and stamped site plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming. |
