1 As previously commented, provide sufficient detail for construction of the basin, including top bank elevations and slopes. Indicate that the basin will be graded to drain. The details provide still don't reflect what is shown in plan view. Provide additional spot grades at various locations around the basin. Ensure that the basin design is consistent with the tentative plat.

5. Provide a complete, revised SWPPP as indicated in the previous comments.

T06BU02851 Grading Plans for S05-061

Comments:

1. The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Zoning could not verify that the grading plan was in compliance with the approved final plat for the townhouses. Please submit one copy of the CDRC approved and stamped final plat and tentative plant for the townhouses, landscape, and NPPO plans with the next grading plan submittal. The tentative plat provided is for condominiums not townhouses.

3. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to ensure compliance with the CDRC approved and stamped tentative plat. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
