If there are walls proposed between the individual lots, indicate the size of the required drainage openings. If patio walls are not to be built, indicate so on the grading plan. Make sure the pointers on the keynote callouts point to the described feature. Clearly show the general dimensions of the basin. Show in the detail or in the plan view how vehicle access to the basin will be controlled. Revise the plan to eliminate overlapping data. The graing limits on the east property boundary are not consistent with the referenced detail. Revise as necessary. Provide sufficient detail for construction of the basin, including top bank elevations and slopes. Indicate that the basin will be graded to drain. Provide a complete, revised SWPPP as indicated in the previous comments. Include a copy of the approved tentative plat and drainage report. Additional comments may be forthcoming. |
