Please label the plan Site plan / Grading Plan in all applicable areas. 2. Provide the original approved plot plan for the existing structure. 3. Provide a general note stating, "This property is within the FEMA Flood Hazard Zone X Shaded and is subject to the City of Tucson Floodplain Requirements." Include the FIRM Panel number in the general note, " FIRM Panel 04019 C 2232." DS 2-02.2.1.A.15. 4. Provide a general note on the site plan that this development contains a requirement that the applicant, or the applicant's authorized representative, complete a FEMA Elevation Certificate and is returned to the Development Services Department (DSD) Engineering Division prior to approval of final inspection. The original elevation certificate must be returned to the DSD Engineering Division. 5. The water surface elevations (WSE) for the existing structure to the east and for the building pad must be provided. Adjacent to each WSE provide the required FFE for each structure. Indicate the datum used, if the datum is different then the datum used in the submitted hydrology report also provide the JE Fuller's recommended WSE and FFE with the datum. 6. Provide copies of the completed elevation certificates for the pad and the structure. 7. Provide contours, spot elevations and Bench Mark based on a City of Tucson datum. DS 2-02.2.1.A.23. 8. Provide finish grades at the boundaries of the fill pad. 9. Provide the activity numbers on the plan. |
