Linderbrook Dr. Stockpile Plan T06BU02625 (First Review) T14S, R15E, Section 34 RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Stockpile Plan, Drainage Report and SWPPP The Stockpile Plan (SP), Drainage Statement (DS) and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Stockpile Plan: 1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the SP. 2. Stockpile plan clearly marked "STOCKPILE PLAN ONLY". 3. There appears to be a significant area proposed to be disturbed for the stockpile. Only the necessary area will be approved for this temporary stockpile permit. Revise limits so that only the following areas are disturbed: · The entrance area with limited width dimensioned on plan view. · Stockpile area with slope runout. · Limited vehicle access area around the perimeter of the stockpile, also dimensioned on the plan. 4. There appears to be a discrepancy of name of the subdivision and block between the SP, DS and SWPPP. Revise as required. 5. Remove reference box to the type 2 grading permit for this project on sheet 1. 6. Remove "Accepted" line by the City of Tucson on the cover sheet. 7. Replace general note 25 with "All work shall conform to the City of Tucson Development Standards Chapter 11-01.0, Excavation and Grading". 8. List administrative address/site address on plans. 9. Complete Stockpile plan number (T06BU02625) on the cover sheet. 10. Show cross section with transverse and longitudinal slopes. 11. Delineate 100-year W.S.E.L., Floodplain and erosion hazard setback. 12. Call out all slopes and stabilization material (concrete, riprap, gabbions or vegetation) if applicable. Drainage Statement: 1.
