Until the City of Tucson has been given maintenance easements, UPRR will be required to provide maintenance of the outlet pipes north of Edmondson Av and Fairland Sv so that pipe outlets on the UPRR property is cleared of debris and positive drainage is provided and checked before and after large storm events. It is requested that Railroad WASH Ordinance wash maintenance be coordinated with the City of Tucson DSD. Field note: new bridge has asphalt movement / deterioration at both ends of bridge surface. |
