Engineering Division does not recommend approval of the grading plan, Floodplain Use Permit, or drainage statement at this time. Please provide the following for further review: 1. The HEC-RAS profile sheets can not be reviewed until the drainage statement provides all required hydrology information. The Watershed Map, Fig.2.1, and the associated hydrology calculations were not included in the submitted report. 2. Provide a revised drainage statement verifying the watershed map and hydrology calculation sheets for the associated drainage area for the unnamed wash. Label the topography, direction of flow, subject parcels and delineated watershed. Show on the watershed maps the entire delineated watershed used for the hydrologic and hydraulic calculations. 3. Provide verification for the 264 cfs discharge value used for the hydraulic calculations. 4. Revise the typographical error in the second paragraph of the introduction section to reference the proper FEMA FIRM Map Panel number. GENERAL COMMENTS: Please provide a revised drainage statement for review and approval that address the comments provided above.
