GRADING PERMIT CONDITIONS: 1) A Geotechnical Engineering inspection will be required prior to final grading inspection if any approved cut slopes steeper than 1:1(H:V) are constructed, to assure conformance with SAT Laboratory Report dated 10-10-06. Copies of the Geotechnical inspection/evaluation would need to be submitted to DSD Engineering Division Inspector or office prior to scheduling Final Grading Inspection. 2) Prior to picking up permit, assure information is filled out on grading application (green card).
