Per ANSI 503.4, the maximum allowed slope is 1:48 (2%). The slope may labeled on the H.C. parking detail drawing. d. Draw and label the bicycle parking faqility on the grading plan as approved on the development plan. e. Add a detail drawing that depicts the truncated domes and demonstrates compliance with ANSI section 406.12 and 406.13 2. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to ensure compliance with the approved site/development plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming. |
