Grading Plan T06BU02309 (Second Review) T15S, R15E, Section 26 RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Grading Plan, Drainage Report and SWPPP The Grading Plan (GP), Drainage Report (DR) and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Grading Plan: 1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the GP. 2. Edit note number 26 to "All work shall conform to Grading Standards per Chapter 11-0.0 of the City of Tucson Development Standards". 3. List area of grading disturbance. 4. General note number 34 conflicts with section "G" on sheet 4. 5. Include the basin details (dimensioned plan view) on the grading plan. Per previous comment. 6. Show details of all surface materials including but not limited to rip-rap aprons, catch basins, channels etc. All rip-rap shall be lined with an approved filter fabric. Per previous comment. See DR comments. 7. Detention/Retention: · Must match drainage report. · Provide a geotechnical engineering soils report for the 2:1 hand placed rip-rap at the basins overflow or change the slope to 3:1. · Per the DR, basin #2 has a basin inlet structure, rip-rap overflow protection and the top of the basin has an elevation of 78.00. · Add the dimensions (LxW) to the plan view of the retention basin (both basins). · Dimension the basin cross-sections on sht. 4 with dimension lines also (both basins). · Add a gate to basin's barricade railing for the maintenance access ramp (both basins). · Add a depressed curb (+/-10 lf) with removable post bollards at the parking lot's south edge for vehicle maintenance access to the basin (both basins). Drainage report: 1. DR comments are directed to: Huitt-Zollars, Inc. 426 N. 44th St., Ste. 300 Phoenix, Arizona, 85008 2. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the DR. 3. The DR shall be stamped by a registered civil engineer. 4. Show details and dimensions of all surface materials including but not limited to rip-rap aprons, catch basins, channels etc. All riprap shall be lined with an approved filter fabric. Per previous comment. 5. Remove any reference to Maricopa Association of Government. All details shall reference the "Standard Details for Public Improvements, 2003 Edition, City of Tucson/Pima County" with the detail number called out in the DR. 6. Provide dimensions on the plan view and the cross-section of the retention basin (both basins). 7. Explain the use of the erosion protection/rip-rap detail number 555 included in the DR or remove the detail from the DR if it is not used. 8. Add the basin(s) maintenance checklist per S.M.D.D.F.M. 2.3.1.6 C 1 and 2 to the DR. Stormwater pollution prevention plan: Site Map 1. Show, on the site map, the designated concrete washout areas. Inspections 2. Add a note stating that the operator(s) shall report to ADEQ any noncompliance (including spills) which may endanger human health or the environment. The operator shall orally notify the office listed below within 24 hours: Arizona Department of Environmental Quality 1110 W. When either of the following conditions apply, the operator is required to routinely inspect only once each month, and anytime rain is predicted, and within 24 hours of the end of each storm event of 0.5 inches or greater.: a.
