| 09/21/2006 | DAVID RIVERA | ZONING | REVIEW | Denied | 09/21/06 Development Services Department Zoning Review Section David Rivera Principal Planner Comments: 1. The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. Zoning could not verify that the grading plan was in compliance with the approved Final Plat development plan. Please submit one copy of the CDRC approved and development plan sheets, landscape, and NPPO plans with the next grading plan submittal. 3. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to ensure compliance with the CDRC approved development plan sheets. Additional comments may be forthcoming. |
| 10/16/2006 | LOREN MAKUS | ENGINEERING | REVIEW | Denied | October 16, 2006 TO: Lloyd Rogers, PE SUBJECT: Grading Plan: Elstone II Subdivision REVIEWER: Loren Makus ACTIVITY NUMBER: T06BU02100 SUMMARY: The Grading Plans were reviewed by Development Services Department, Engineering Division on December 2, 2005. They were not approved at this time. 1. The submitted plans seem to be copies of the paving and public improvement plans. Provide a complete grading plan submittal. 2. Revise the title blocks for each sheet of the Grading Plan to clearly identify the plan. Remove references to the City of Tucson Department of Transportation. 3. Provide the appropriate general notes for the grading plan. 4. Provide general dimensions for all of the basins and other drainage features. This is necessary so the inspectors can effectively inspect the site. They often must use photo-reproductions that are not scaleable. 5. The cut and fill quantities on the grading plan do not appear consistent with the existing and proposed grades. Provide consistent cut and fill quantities. 6. Provide a complete Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan. Include a completed copy of the ADEQ checklist with the SWPPP to ensure that all of the requirements have been met. The checklist is available on the ADEQ stormwater web site. If you have any questions or if you wish to discuss any of these comments, I can be reached at 520.791-5550 ext. 1161 or by email at loren.makus@tucsonaz.gov. Loren Makus, E.I.T.
