A copy of the stamped approved Site Plan must be included with the Grading Plan submittal. 2. Sheet GP2, Detail 1detention basin, provides two wall details. The detention system was changed in effort to avoid the wall having periodical indunation and submersion and to meet the acceptable percentage for a retaining wall within a basin. The proposed detention system removed the retaining wall from the basin and provided 2' between the wall and the top of basin. It is not clear if both wall details are being used for this project or if it is a typo. Clarify. If both details are being used clearly show on the plan view where the walls are located. If this is a typo, remove one of the wall details. |
