SUMMARY: Engineering Division of Development Services Department has received and reviewed the submitted grading plan, landscape plan, drainage report, geotechnical report, and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). The drainage report was reviewed for grading plan purpose only. Engineering Division recommends approval of the grading plan with the following condition:

1. Provide a typical sand/oil interceptor at the drainpipe for the hose wash out area. The wash out area must provide for a sand/oil interceptor prior to the runoff entering the sewer system.
