Comments:

1. The submitted plan for the POOL and structures has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Zoning could not verify that a revised site plan has been approved and stamped. If a revised site plan has been submitted for review and approval with the proposed expansion, please submit two copies of the approved and stamped site, landscape, and NPPO plans.

3. Zoning will re-review the POOL and structures plan on the next submittal to ensure compliance with the approved and stamped revised site plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.

4. If a revised site plan has not been submitted for review and approval, please refer to development standards 2-02 for site content and design. The site plan must be drawn to comply with the Development Standards 2-02 and standards relevant to pedestrian access, parking, and landscaping, setbacks, etc.
