Engineering Division recommends approval of the site plan and grading permit application at this time. The drainage report was reviewed for site plan and grading plan purposes only. If any changes occur to the offsite improvement plans that effect the site layout during the PIA process Engineering Division must re-review the site plan and verify that all Development Standards have still been meet.
