The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. Zoning could not verify that the grading plan was in compliance with the approved site plan. Please submit two copies of the approved and stamped site, landscape, and NPPO plans with the next grading plan submittal. 3. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved and stamped site plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming. Speedway Blvd. Site plan T06CM003790, Grading plan T06BU01650 (Third Review) T14S, R15E, Section 08 RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Site Plan, Grading Plan and Drainage Statement. The Site Plan (SP), Grading Plan (GP) and Drainage Statement (DS) cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Site Plan, Grading Plan: 1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the SP, GP and DS. 2. The SP and GP cannot be approved prior to the site plan (T06CM03381) that is currently under review. 3. As per the Federal ADA requirements, all wheel chair ramps shall have the truncated domes instead of the standard grooves that are shown on COT SD 207. Aside from the Truncated Domes, all wheel chair ramps shall be constructed in accordance with COT SD 207. Call out a COT standard detail or show a detail of the H/C ramp on the plans. The truncated domes shall be shown where the sidewalk or ramp meets the P.A.A.L or driveway. This warns the pedestrian that they are about to enter an area with vehicular traffic. 4. Please list estimated cut & fill quantities per D.S. 2-02.2.1.17. There seems to be a discrepancy with the amounts of cut and fill between the Site plan and Grading plan. Revise as required. 6. Submit 4 copies of the grading plan upon re-submittal. Drainage Statement: 1. The DS has been accepted by engineering.
