5) CLARIFY COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 23.5 OF ANSI/NSPI-1 POOL LADDER DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION.
6) PROVIDE CLARIFICATION / SPECIFICATION OF HANDRAILS FOR STAIRS PER SECTION 23.4 OF ANSI/NSPI-1.
