1) Please provide soils report #23586 dated 12/2003.
2) Provide site plan and details at a minimum 24" x 36" sheet size stamped with seal by engineer.
3) Provide calculations and details that pertain to this project only.
4) Site plan needs to provide grade elevations for clarification of what needs to be retained and on what side of the wall is retaining.
5) Provide location of wall on site plan. Yellow high lite is not acceptable for records or clarification of wall location.
6) Respond to engineering section comments in reference to visibility triangle.
7) Locate / clarify property lines on site plan.
8) Structural calculations need to clarify design / reinforcement pass as specified.
9) Design and structural calculations need to be justified for full height.
10) Clarify frequency of weep holes.
11) Clarify backfill will allow drainage down to gravel pocket.
