Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Grading Plan: 1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the GP. 2. List administrative address/site address on plans. 3. List and cross-reference the site plan. 4. Show details of all surface materials. 5. As stated in the site plan comments a permit or a private improvement agreement will be necessary for any work performed within the Right-of-way. Contact Permits and Codes at (520) 791-5100 for permit information. 6. The following comment pertains to the access ramps at the entrance to the proposed site. "As per Federal ADA requirements, all wheel chair ramps shall have the Truncated Domes instead of the standard grooves, which are shown on City of Tucson Standard Detail 207. Aside from the Truncated Domes, the wheel chair ramps shall be constructed in accordance with the Standard Detail 207. " 7. 100% of the 10-year flow must be conveyed under the sidewalks. Please provide scuppers under concentrated stormwater flows under the sidewalk. If the location(s) of the roof scuppers have not yet been decided, add a general note indicating sidewalk scuppers (per COT/SD) will be used when the roof scuppers locations have been designed. 8. To prevent nuisance ponding from occurring on the adjacent lot water harvesting techniques shall be incorporated into the development by conveying rooftop drainage to designated water harvesting areas. Please address how water-harvesting techniques will be incorporated into the development. Refer to the newly adopted City of Tucson Water Harvesting Guidance Manual for design considerations.
