The following items need to be addressed: GRADING PLAN COMMENTS: Please ensure that the Grading Plan is consistent with the Site Plan and Drainage Report. Grading standards may be accessed at: http://www.ci.tucson.az.us/dsd/DevStandsTOC.pdf 1. Revise the grading plan to label and dimension the required 5-foot sidewalk width, in plan view, for the proposed sidewalk along the frontage of Utah Street. Also revise Section A-A to show the 5-foot dimension for this proposed sidewalk. 2. Clarify the use of the 2 inlets for the proposed detention basin. The drainage report and site plan only show (1)-4.5-foot curb opening along the access PAAL for the inlet to the detention basin. The grading plan shows (2)-4.5-foot curb openings, clarify. 3. Revise Section A-A on the grading plan sheet to label all dimensions for construction purposes. The proposed sidewalks must be dimensioned and the concrete toe-down for the sidewalk adjacent to the building must clearly dimension the toe-down depth or have a note to reference Section C-C for the toe-down depth along the entire length of the propsoed sidewalk. 4. Review and approval from TDOT Permits and Codes for all improvements within the public right-of-way will be required. A right-of-way use permit application will be required prior to construction.
