Engineering recommends approval of the project with the following conditions added to the permits: GRADING PLAN CONDITIONS: 1) Extents of disturbance for this proposed improvements shall be fenced at the site. Fencing will not be placed within the floodplain limits. 2) Interim erosion control devices shall be placed at downstream end of disturbance between disturbance limits and wash area. 3) Any proposed sanitary sewer systems shall be constructed to prevent disease, contamination, and unsanitary conditions due to flooding and/or erosion. Area surrounding comfort structure shall be graded so as to not provide direct discharge of sanitary effluent to the wash. 4) An engineering grading pre-construction meeting shall be set up prior to grading construction of improvements under this proposed project. 5) Except as otherwise provided in the Floodplain Ordinance regulations, it shall be unlawful for any person to establish, erect, alter or relocate a use or structure in the regulatory floodplain or an erosion-prone area as described in Tucson Code section 26-11.1(2) without first obtaining a floodplain use permit from the city engineer. 6) It shall be unlawful for any person to perform any grading operation in or alteration of any watercourse in violation of the Floodplain Ordinance.
