S4. This structure appears not to be an A-3 Occupancy but may be a 'B' Occupancy, so please reevaluate Occupancy classification based on function and Occupant Load, per 2003 IBC Section 3 and 303.1.1. S5. State Occupancy of shade structure on drawings S6. State TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION of the shade structure on the drawings S7. State OCCUPANT LOAD of the shade structure on the drawings S8. State CODES used on drawings. S9. Please verify other items commonly provided with canopies, ie: tables, seating, etc., are included with this Building Permit or a Building Permit will be obtained in the future for these items, by notation on drawings. S10. Address accessibility requirements, per IBC Section 11 and ANSI A117.1-2003ed, on drawings from the Public way to and including the ramada. S11. Provide adequate spot elevations to show accessibility. S12. Provide address on canopy per Pima County Addressing Ordinance and per IBC Section 501.2. S13.
