Once the grading plan is close to approval submit 4 copies of the SWPPP with the grading plans. 1. A copy of the stamped approved Site Plan must be included with the Grading Plan submittal. 2. The Site Plan is currently in review. Any changes made to the Site Plan must be reflected on the Grading Plan. The Site Plan and Grading Plan must match. 3. Indicate building roof slope/drainage (flow arrows), downspouts and sidewalk scuppers. DS 2-02.2.1.A.16 4. Provide a detail of the existing trench drain (to remain) that is located on the northeast corner of the property. Please clarify the exact location of the existing trench drain. Is the trench drain in the underground garage or located above ground? 5. Provide sidewalk along Norris Ave and First Street. See site plan comments regarding sidewalk along a local street. 6. Provide a typical cross-section through the south parking lot. 7. Provide a typical cross-section through the front entrance area of the hotel, show the cross-section from the building to the ROW (Speedway Blvd). 8. Provide a typical cross-section through the entrance of the under ground garage, show th eheight of the wall, changes in elevation and adjacent landscape areas. 9. Provide a typical cross-section through the alley (PAAL). Show the cross-section from the building through to the parking spaces on the south. DRAINAGE STATEMENT 1. Address in the statement how the drainage directed to the underground garage will be addressed under a storm event. Is there a pump to pump stormwater out of the parking garage? Does the existing trench drain provide relief? Clarify and illustrate in the statement . |
